U.S. shipping
We currently sell and ship physical products through our website to customers in the United States only.
Order fulfillment and delivery timelines
To ensure your goods are safely produced and delivered, we use a standardized processing window for all U.S. orders:
- Fulfillment / Handling Time: 2–5 business days on average
- Transit / Shipping Time: Typically 5–7 business days
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7–12 business days
Note: Stickers may process and arrive faster, but please allow the standard timeline above for your complete order to arrive.
Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. CT will begin processing on the following business day.
Shipping and handling times refer to business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase. We charge flat shipping fees per product category:
- Apparel / Clothing: $5.95 flat rate
- Drinkware / Mugs: $7.95 flat rate
- Stickers: Free shipping

Combined shipping for mixed orders
If your cart contains items from multiple categories (such as apparel and a mug), your shipping charges will combine at checkout to a flat total of $13.90. Shipping is charged once per product group, meaning an order with multiple shirts or multiple mugs will only be charged that category's rate once.
Tracking
When available, a tracking number will be emailed to you automatically once your order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier.
Digital downloads
No physical items or shipping fees apply to digital products. They are delivered via email within minutes of purchase. If not received within 5 minutes, check spam/promotions folders or contact hello@waveloudly.com.
