Return policy

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us to arrange for a replacement. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 21 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date.

Direct-to-garment printing

Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing is a technique where ink is sprayed onto garments. DTG printing technique is an excellent option for adding complex, multi-color designs onto fabric.

DTG-printed designs soak into the clothing fibers. The prints don’t sit on top of the fabric and remain uncracked over time. They aren’t stiff and feel comfortable to wear.
