Return policy
Because this product is made especially for you when you place your order, we don't accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us to arrange for a replacement. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 21 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date.
