Shipping and fulfillment

No physical product will be shipped to you. You will download digital files that are ready for you to print at home or send to a vendor to print.

Your digital files will be ready immediately after your purchase is complete. You will receive an email from Etsy with a link to download your files. Your files will also be available in your Etsy account at Account > Purchases.

Return policy

Due to the nature of digital download purchases, all digital download products are non-refundable. Please review provided information carefully before purchasing, and contact us if you have any questions.

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If something goes wrong with your purchase, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Two file formats include for each size: PDF (preferred) and JPG, for when your printer cannot print PDF files.
Two color versions included for each size, full color, and black and white.
Pre-tiled PDF files included for sizes 11 x 17 inches, 16 by 20 inches, and 18 x 24 inches. Use the pre-tiled PDF files to print letter-sized pages from home, then assemble into a large sign. Step 1: print pages in the tile file. Step 2: use the crop marks on each page to trim. Step 3: assemble trimmed pages and tape together. Digital downloads

This sign is a digital download. When your Etsy purchase is complete, you'll receive an email with a link to download your signs on Etsy.

Your signs will be packaged into one or more compressed ZIP files. Unzip the ZIP files to access the multiple files included in your package.

Printing your signs at a vendor

Once you unzip your downloaded packages, choose the size you want to print.

For larger signs, we recommend ordering prints from stores like FedExOffice, Office Depot, or Staples. It's easy – you can place your order online, upload the file, and they'll usually have it printed within 24 hours.

Printing your signs at home*

When you need a sign fast and don't have time to send a out to a printer, you can build your own large sign from your home printer.

For signs in PDF format, your purchase includes files with pre-tiled pages. Open the file labeled "_tiles" and print all pages in the file. You'll see crop marks on each page. Trim down the printed pages to the crop marks, then tape the pages together to make a large sign.

*PDF signs only. JPG signs do not include tiled files.
